About CSE

Another scandal related to the exam in 2014, broke out with renewed vigor. As everyone knows, the Ministry of Education, to increase their vigilance in the exam, was not ready to the fact that graduates without cheating is simply not able to overcome the minimum threshold, which separates from the triple deuce. Therefore, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has decided to lower the passing score retroactively, ie during the scan test results. It was clear that such a move will not remain without consequences and necessarily conjugate with a scandal, but it had to go, because the results of the Russian language were simply disastrous. The same situation occurred in the exam in mathematics. Thus, the passing score on the Russian language has been reduced from 36 points to 24, and in math - from 24 to 20.

What conclusion can we draw from this situation? It is clear that to be no random error can not - because such a situation has occurred one after another. So, our school is not ready to give the children the necessary knowledge to complete the final examination. And we're not talking to the teachers and the children's restlessness. Teachers are bound hand and foot by the modest number of hours of training, which they have, and all the forces trying to give graduates the entire school material, without going into details. But if the child did not begin to keep up the discipline still in the early stages, it can be disappointing forecast that is likely to progress in this subject student will not achieve. The teacher, in turn, can not dwell on the nuances and help those lagging behind. It turns out that the Russian school graduates do not know the material in the Russian language or mathematics, which can handle even a fifth grader. Also, the children is difficult to remain faithful to their hobbies, because approaching the graduating class, children en masse throw their "extra" classes (I'm talking about sports, dance or crafts), because they need to prepare for the exam. So is it worth it? The child, the humanities in their warehouse, tormented by equations with integrals, and talented artist throwing his studies in painting? Unfortunately, the child hobbies, warehouse of his mind and character is not taken into account in a Russian school, and classes are held, regardless of the secondary factors. How long it will be? Can we go to the "full-fledged" European education system? Still if each exam exam will go hand in hand with the scandal? Who knows...
